Shipping policy

Processing & Production Time
All bulk orders require a production period before shipping. Standard production time is 7–14 business days after proof approval. Rush production may be available upon request and is subject to additional fees.

Shipping Methods
We ship via UPS, FedEx, and USPS. Shipping method and carrier will be confirmed at the time of your order based on size, weight, and destination. Expedited shipping options are available at checkout or by request.

Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated based on order size, weight, and delivery location. A shipping estimate will be provided in your final quote. Large or freight-eligible orders may require a custom shipping arrangement.

Delivery Timeframes
Once shipped, standard delivery takes 3–7 business days depending on destination. Expedited options are available if you have a hard deadline — please note this during the quoting process.

Order Tracking
A tracking number will be emailed to you once your order has shipped. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to update after you receive the notification.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged or contains errors, please contact us within 5 business days of delivery. Include photos of the issue and your order number, and we will make it right at no additional cost.

International Shipping
We currently ship within the contiguous United States. International shipping is available on a case-by-case basis — please contact us for a custom quote.

Local Pickup
Local pickup is available in Waterville, Maine by appointment. Please indicate your preference when placing your order.
